Actually heard a studies on the radio yesterday... apparently drivers under the age of 21 riding with another kid under 21, have a much higher rate of accidents then any other sober drivers...either gender. But the 21 year old with a older rider have a much less then average accident rate. But Old people top them in accidents with no excuse. Remember this is not counting drunk or stoned people.
