^ Your first pic looks familiar to my situation a week ago lol. I have the same flywheel now with a 2600 6 puck. Whoever machined the flywheel on the DSM i bought did a terrible job at it, step heights were all over the board, .603,.611,.580,.510 etc lol. The problem was it was creating unequal pressure on the pressure plate forks.. and it basically exploded, sending the forks to rattle around in the bell housing.. So i basically replaced every trans piece available, ordered a new pivot fulcrum (which i shimmed, sits much nicer and has a better pedal feel). Hope it works out for you!
