Never paid enough attention to the manifold to notice, since at first glance they look quite similar. That and nearly every 2G I've seen in detail is running a 6-bolt swap and/or an aftermarket IM, if not a 1G IM. Remember, I'm not much older than some of these cars ('90 baby) - I wasn't playing around with them when they were 'new' like most of the guys here were!
