Argh! These kind of stories drive me nuts!

I know they're separate parties, even though it's the same company, but why is it that there are conflicting positions on situations like yours Terry?

If they were able to do it in the end, then the people that decided against fixing the problem, just didn't want to.

They were able to say Yes, but chose to say No. That's the kind of sh!t that drives me nuts.

I'd like to cut the bullshit and ask them WHY, off the record, just so I know why their brain told them to say NO.
