Try this. I:

-Lowered your deadtime settings

-Increased the TPS that anti-lag kicks in, so you can launch it with just 2 stepping if you dont need the anti lag

-Changed your boost gauge to show knock instead of boost

You should:

-Be sure there are no boost leaks, post throttle body at very least

-Run your fans while doing the emissions test as a engine that is either too hot/cold won't do as well

-Be sure to calibrate your TPS settings if you haven't yet, and manually adjust your tps to use the software as little as possible.
