Well still struggling with this damn issue.
It seems like its something in the engine bay, I don't have power to the wire that enters the distribution block and then connects to the power source for the rheostat.
I am doing my kill switch next so when during that I will double check the fuses inside there.

I have now printed off the junction block wiring and know exactly which wire feeds power to the junction block, which then comes out another connector and goes into the rheostat. I will test feed wire first and then go from there.
