As a side note to all this, both Rouleau (the guy who ran over 2 soldiers in Quebec) and Bibeau followed the same Pro-ISIS twitter account (again...another reason for me to hate twitter tongue ). Which underlines the same extremist group. Which, although probably wasn't coordinated, was definitely the ideology of the group.
