I blame the weak-minded who believe this dribble ideology.

Not saying the ones who made these groups or funded them are any better, but the criminal is the dumb one that goes and does the deed. Without followers a nut is just that; just some crazy person talking to himself on the street. Leaders/CIA/ISIS/Al Qaeda they all have one thing that make their will reality: believers to the cause. Without them, their will is but a mere thought in a sea of opinions.
