Just a little info on the 68hta in case some don't already know. The 68hta that FP sells now is not the same 68hta that they originally produced, changes I believe occurred due to the lack of MHI parts available, obvious the 8cm2 housing from the original 7cm2 housing. The larger housing is also accompanied by a larger turbine wheel as well. From what I can tell the compressor side has remained unchanged.

Both new and old designs reportedly pull well into the upper rpm range without falling off such as 16g etc., the trade off to the new design is a little more lag for a little more lbs/min.

I can not speak for what Kevin ran but i would think the turbo he utilized would be the former 68hta, however his logged flow readings make me wonder if he was running the 8cm2 hot side.

Regardless of generation it's a kick ass turbo for sure.
