Well this is the end of this thread.

I went to take the talon out on the weekend and both the power steering and the brake fluid is leaking. From what I can see it looks like the brake booster is what is leaking for the brakes, which would explain the weird behaviors I was having when braking sometimes. When I went under the car to find the power steering leak I found a completely rotted line, it could be replaced but I imagine that I would be braking bolts to remove the lower cross member to get to all that stuff. While I was down there I also saw how rotted out the bottom has continued to get even though I have tried to stop all that.
I know I have been saying for the longest time that this day would come but it's much harder to believe now that it's actually here. I will now actively be evaluating what my options are and will keep you guys update on what I get. When I do get something I will start a whole new thread.
