Go on youtube and check out ammo, they repair this type of stuff all the time and I know there is a video on there that walks you through repairing this.

If it's only in the clear then it should come out, if it's touched the color layer then it's a respray in which case you might want to claim it as a hit & run so you can get it done without paying a deductible.
