Still no issues with the Omni 4 bar I'm running, MDP style, with an adapter and push lock hose connecting to the manifold, it's zip tied to the wiring harness, not directly mounted.

I know some oil pressure sensors don't deal will with vibration, I wonder if this may be a factor here.
