Those studs have rectangular head that are part of the chassis frame. If one is spinning, you applied too much torque and rounded off head of a stud.

Need to stop at this point and think it through.
Clean the stud well, heat it, hold it with strong set of vicegrips and give another try. If that don't go consider aborting entire thing and put everything back they way it was.
