I'm sure mitsu didn't weld those studs solid for a reason. Without a stud play, you may not be able to reinstall your subframe correcly. With only one nut/stud in question, i would not worry about it a lot. If other nuts/studs and bolts are solid, just go easy on the damaged stud and you should be good.
