SOO. Here goes.
1997 Eclipse GSX converted to auto.
There is NO RUST on this car anywhere (underneath or otherwise)(From the carolinas)
It has not seen snow or rain in the seven? years that I have now owned it. I could raise the car for you to see if nec.

Black on Black leather.
Replaced carpet with black carpet.
Drivers seat shows some wear but not ripped or anything like that.
The paint on the car is the ONLY thing that needs attention really. there is chips here and there and the LF fender is scratched up from previous owner doing god knows what.

Engine.
2.4L G4CS. Wiseco Pistons/Manley Rods.
1mm oversize valves.
Comp 0200 cams.
Mobil 1 15w50 synthetic since NEW. (changed every month or so)
Dynatek ARC2 w/ COP (DVDTFAB plate)
Custom build dual catch can with welded v/c
FIC fuel rail w/ FIC 1150 cc injectors
ECMLINK v3 Full. Speed Density package. (3.3 BAR)
JMF Race SMIM with Infiniti Q45 TB. (high idle no longer works, needs new wax pellet)
Mishimoto Rad.
LARGE FMIC with all custom piping. (boost leak tested many times to 40 psi)
-10 feed and -8 return tank to engine
Walbro 400 fuel pump. (fuel gauge DOES work properly)
Devils own sump type reservoir and complete progressive meth setup
Turbosmart MBC (currently set @ 25psi)
Battery relocated to the trunk. 1/0 cable routed inside cabin power and redundant ground cable front to rear.
DNP T4 Twin scroll Exhaust manifold.V band single w/g
Tial 44mm w/g w/ external dump tube.
3" Custom vband down pipe to catless APEXI complete 3" exhaust. (the original D/P was 2.5")
38 mm Tial BOV
Billet wheel HX40 turbocharger built by Nick Lamoureux. (Turbo Parts Canada) All new turbo and turbine housing. T4 twin scroll (17cm) Vband outlet no internal gate.
Saturn SL1 alternator (100A) relocated to rear of engine with Jay Racing kit.
External engine oil cooler mounted in front fascia


Transmission/Tcase/Rear diff:
W4A33 2G Automatic Transmission.
Completely Rebuilt.
All new raybestos frictions,band.
Valve body modifications and kit installed. (full line pressure, FAST shifts)
Only AMSOIL ATF since new (new approx 1.5 years ago)(changed once this past spring)
8" sinister Spoolinator torque converter.(no lockup)
Fully manual shift, Hurst Promatic 2 ratchet shifter mounted in stock shifter location.(Overdrive works on a switch in 3rd)
External transmission cooler mounted in front fascia.

NEW transfer case this year.Not rebuilt, NEW. Was a NOS find in Michigan.

Completely rebuilt rear diff this past winter. LSD. all new bearings and seals, no leaks, no noise.

Suspension/Tires/Brakes:
Brakes are stock and work just fine.
JIC Magic coil overs with adjustable dampening and pillow mounts. No clunks, no bangs, rides OK.Handles GREAT.
Replaced EVERY suspension bushing with energy BLACK poly bushings.
18" Lancer GTS wheels. I personally LOVE them, they tuck in nicely, (stock, sleeper look) <-- kinda the intention for the whole car.
General UHP 225/40ZR18 tires.

Interior/Misc
Autometer Electric Fuel pressure and boost gauges mounted in center vent.
Autometer electric trans/engine/oil temp gauges mounted in radio area
Ecotrons Bosch 4.2 LSU wideband LARGE display mounted in radio area.
There is no radio but bluetooth amp pairs with my phone for spotify or library (volume control through phone as well) (sound quality is OK at best) (sony xplod speakers)
The sunroof frame is NOT rusty, however there is no sunshade.

The lower half of the dash has been painted green for a two tone thing.(original black was scratched up pretty bad) Did it with a flat plastic paint and looks factory (ish) Rest of the dash is in very good condition.

Current ODOMETER shows 106,000 Miles and has a rebuilt title. I did a carfax when I bought the car and it was in an accident down south, not many details but I cant find a shred of evidence to show an accident or subsequent repairs.

About five years ago, a bubble showed under the paint on the RF strut tower, I cut the metal out, replaced with metal welded it in and por 15 the inside and outside of the strut tower, I also por 15 the LF strut tower which showed no sign of rust. When I repaired this, I removed complete suspension assemblies AND engine and trans. (was done properly)

Asking $12,000 for this car. Very firm on price. A deal when compared to a stock EVO. I have never drag raced this car, I barely drive it. Work and back. Just a VERY VERY fun street car in my eyes. Has potential to go MUCH faster than it does now, Im a wimp, I just tune safe.
