He might be able to do even better, i got mine for 629.00 internally gated plus 31.67 shipping (Invoice Oct 2015).
It was an ongoing sale that last for several months. It may have been related to parts availability and, if i recall correctly, not all parts were actually made in house.
That's what i remember but i could be wrong, it's been a long time ago.
