I actually picked up the term "FU Lane" from another member here years ago.

It's those two laners that end just after the light.
A hundred metres or so.
And it's not like they can't see it.
They are being @$$ clowns...simple as that.

The other driver sees your "slow" Talon or Evo.
Changes lanes into the FU lane in order to make a quick acceleration past you.
Pretty much an "FU" to you if you allow it.

I still get mini vans attempting to overtake me on the FU lane.
Don't know why...but Talon or Evo like to play sometimes...
