Steve.. I'm not sure if this is on the N/Ts but on the Turbo's there is a plug on the back side of the TB (closer to the firewall), on the cam roll for the throttle cable (sorry, I'm too lazy to go figure out what the switch is called.. but it has only a single lead going to it [Linked Image] ). It tells the ECU when the throttle is at 0%.. if it is not connected (atleast in the turbos) it will cause a similar situation..

not sure if this will help or not.. but it may be worth looking into.. someone please correct me if I've given disinformation..
